Getting the show on the road already

I’ve been composing blog entries in my head as I try to sleep at night for months now. But, always, something keeps me from getting the dang thing going during the day…something like reading other people’s blogs and the general schlopping around ye ole internet.

So, here it goes. I’m hoping to have at least a mediocre hang of the territory by the time NaBloPoMo rolls around again. Because, don’t we all strive for mediocrity? I’m too realistic to promise you laser light shows beaming from my words by November. Or 2012. Or ever, really.

Come for the words. Stay for the drinks.
