I tend to stay away from historically based movies because it makes me flinch when they take gross liberties with reality. The last Titanic movie for instance was pretty much bullshit from start to finish. I'm sad to hear the Dillenger movie wasn't any more faithful. Apparantly Johnny Depp has had some sort of fascination with the guy forever since he grew up in Dillenger country. How could a child of yours be anything but brilliant and with a dash of eccentricity?
